What we collect

• Account info — when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name.
• Scan data — the store URLs you submit and the public, non-sensitive scan results we generate for them.
• Technical data — your IP address, used only to apply fair-use scan limits and prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To run scans and show you your results.
• To enforce per-user and per-IP usage limits.
• To contact you about your scan or our services. We do not sell your data, and we don’t send spam.

Estimates disclaimer

Revenue and opportunity figures shown in scan results are estimates derived from category benchmarks — they are not based on your store’s actual sales data.

Data retention & deletion

We keep scan and account data only as long as needed to provide the Service. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email hello@shopanalytics.app and we’ll remove it.

Third parties

We use Google Sign-In for authentication. Scans may query publicly available data and services (e.g. Google PageSpeed Insights) to measure performance. We do not share your personal information with advertisers.
